Preparing for the journey of a lifetime.

Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam — a pilgrimage to the holy city of Makkah that every able Muslim is called to undertake at least once in their lifetime.

Makki Trust runs training sessions and briefings in the months before Hajj season, helping individuals and families prepare practically, spiritually, and logistically for the journey ahead.

Our sessions are led by experienced community members who have performed Hajj themselves and can speak from real, first-hand knowledge.

  • i.Step-by-step guidance on the rites and rituals of Hajj
  • ii.Practical advice on travel, health, and what to pack
  • iii.Spiritual preparation and the significance of each stage
  • iv.Open Q&A with those who have been before
